Leaving there, I felt calm and moved by all that Gandhi stood for. Then we headed to the Red Fort, the huge complex built by Shah Jahan in the early 17th century. That is when the sensory overload began and did not stop until about an hour ago. I am leaving for Agra tomorrow, so the images of the Red Fort and Chandni Chowk will have to wait until I'm settled in tomorrow night. They are worth waiting for. Maybe the hotel there will have more than 1Mbs internet connectivity, so the uploads won't be so painful.
The nation that is capable of limitless sacrifice is capable of rising to limitless heights. The purer the sacrifice the quicker the progress. - M. K. Gandhi, 25AUG1920
What do you mean by sensory overload? What happened at the red Fort?
